During the operation of inflatable bouncy castles and trampolines, temporary suspension of operations may occur due to individual reasons. During this time, how can we ensure that the inflatable products are not damaged or contaminated, making it easier to resume operations in the future? Today, we will provide an explanation on the cleaning, storage, maintenance, and care of inflatable toy equipment, as follows:

A. Cleaning and Storage of bouncy castles:

  1. Cut off the power supply, open the fan interface and exhaust port, and deflate for 10-25 minutes, squeezing out any remaining air. If the equipment gets wet due to rain, make sure to drain the water and air-dry it.

  2. Clean the equipment by using laundry detergent to remove stains and oil stains, then rinse with clean water and air-dry.

  3. Fold the equipment, block the front with the bottom, and cover it with a tarp.

  4. If not in use for a long time, fold the clean equipment, bundle it up, and package it properly. The storage temperature should be between -50 to +40 degrees Celsius.

  5. Pay attention to moisture and corrosion prevention for the fan. Protect the inflatable equipment from rodents and insects.

B. Maintenance Methods:
  1. To ensure the normal lifespan of your bouncy castles, do not let too many children play on it at once. Generally, allow one child per 3 square meters of inflatable space.

  2. The small decorations on the equipment are for aesthetics, so children should not pull or tear them to avoid damage.

  3. Children should not write or draw on the equipment with hard objects during play to prevent damage.

  4. In case of equipment damage, apply special glue to the damaged area and spare PVC material, wait for 5 minutes until the glue is not sticky, then press and hold together for a few minutes before use.

  5. If the air pressure on the equipment is too soft, check for excessive air leakage, tears, or power outage; if too hard, partially block the fan's air intake.

  6. For extensive abnormal damage, the manufacturer can provide professional repair services, or the equipment can be sent back to the factory for repairs.
