During the operation of inflatable toys, there will inevitably be situations where they are torn. As an operator, it is important to know how to repair them, otherwise it can lead to delays and affect income.

Here is a brief introduction to the repair methods:

  1. Adhesive requirements: First, evenly apply glue to the toy and fabric at the adhesive site, then let it sit for half a minute, place the fabric on the adhesive site, press flat to prevent edges from curling, and the adhesive is complete.

  2. Toy is torn: If the cut is longer than 5cm, it should be sewn with a needle and thread, then pasted with a strip of cloth or fabric. If the cut is less than 5cm, it can be directly pasted.

  3. Seam opening: First, sew the opening flat with a needle and thread (or open it from the bottom of the air cushion and sew it), use the adhesive to firmly secure the opening, considering aesthetics.

  4. Edge curling: Apply a suitable amount of glue to the curled edge with a small brush, press flat after a short pause, press firmly to ensure secure adhesion.

  5. Degumming: After long-term use, some parts that are prone to wear may experience degumming. Cut fabric into different shapes and paste them on the degummed areas.

  6. Significant air leakage: After long-term use of the inflatable castle, the needle holes in some parts may enlarge, resulting in increased air leakage. Consider pasting fabric strips at the seams to reduce air leakage. If the toy is too old, consider scrapping it to prevent issues during operation.

  7. Local abnormal bulging of the air cushion: In general, when the towel is torn from the air cushion, the bottom of the air cushion can be opened along the seam, the pull bar can be connected to the air cushion with a needle and thread, then pasted with fabric strips to protect the seam.

  8. Maintenance knowledge: Before deflating the toy, clean the surface with a semi-dry towel, dry it, deflate it, fold it, store it in a cool, clean place, and if the toy gets wet due to poor storage, dry it in a well-ventilated area until completely dry, avoid storing with water. The blower should be stored in a dry, ventilated place to prevent moisture. For long-term storage, regularly check for moisture, blow it up in a ventilated place, and wipe it clean. Please strictly follow the above requirements to take care of and maintain your toys.
